Building first class IP-Only sites and portals

I have been working for IP-Only with interface concepts, user experience, interface design and front-end development during a very interesting and expansive phase in the company’s corporate development. IP-Only is an internet supplier in the Nordic market providing fiber installations and services for companies and consumers.
I have been involved in three mayor projects during my time at IP-Only:
- A tool to internally or as a service provider troubleshoot private customers’ services and for the service provider to communicate customer problems with IP-Only.
- A service to order fiber installation and/or internet, voip or tv services. The service is in use both as a stand alone web page and as an embedded service on ip-only.se.
- A new customer portal for IP-Only’s business customers with a wide range of functionality important for the customers to follow up and handle their different services.
My role in each project has contained idea and concept work, UX and UI, web design and a lot of front-end development and I have been collaborating agile at IP-Only with great team members.
